Sales Executive (Hospitals & Nursing Homes)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales of our incontinence care and baby toiletries product range. You will cover healthcare institutions (hospitals, nursing homes, eldercare centres hospital retails pharmacies and childcare sector), ensuring the right solutions reach caregivers, parents, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities for Sales Executive – Healthcare & Baby Care (Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Childcare & Retail Pharmacy)
- Develop and expand sales of
- Incontinence Care: Adult diapers, bed pads, wipes, skin protection products.
- Baby Toiletries: Baby bath, lotions, wet wipes, and related hygiene items.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, including Directors of Nursing, procurement officers (Childcare and Eldercare) eldercare staff.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and caregiver/retail staff training to highlight product quality and benefits.
- Monitor and manage tender submissions, pricing agreements, and compliance with hospital/nursing home procurement requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs; track performance and provide accurate monthly sales forecasts.
- Provide market intelligence: track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure smooth product availability and customer support.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Nursing, or related fields.
- 2–4 years’ sales experience in FMCG (baby toiletries, wipes) and/or healthcare consumables (incontinence care).
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, able to build trust with clinical staff and caregivers.
- Results-driven, with proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Prior exposure to hospital/nursing home procurement and/or retail category management an advantage.
- Must be comfortable with frequent field visits across Singapore; Class 3 driver’s license preferred.
