A leading food services company in Singapore is looking for a motivated individual to lead a Sales Team. The role involves team management, market engagement, and ensuring high operational standards. Applicants should have a diploma in business and supervisory experience in the FMCG sector, along with strong leadership skills. A valid Class 3 Driving License and personal vehicle are required.

Implement and ensure discipline, process and routine are adhered to within the team
Lead through feedback, coaching and act as an advisor, motivator & trainer to the Sales Team
Ensure proper implementation and maintain high standards for execution
Vertical growth of current customers by route-riding with the Sales Representatives
Horizontal growth of assigned area through new business acquisition by conducting regular market visits
Stand in as a replacement when Sales Representative is on leave
Gather market intelligence through regular engagement and building strong relationship with customers such as attending outlet openings, etc.
Responsible to ensure Accounts Receivable collection and to maintain a healthy collection period
Attend to customer complaints
Any other ad-hoc duties
