Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Sales Executive in Singapore. This role involves developing new business opportunities, resolving customer complaints, and preparing tenders. Candidates should have a Nitec or higher qualification and proficiency in English and Mandarin. A driving license is an added advantage. The position offers a salary up to $3700 plus bonuses and is permanent.

• Position: Sales Executive
• Location: Senoko -Few bus stops from Sembawang MRT
• Working hours: 5 Days (Monday- Friday, 8.00am-5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate depending on experience): Up to $3700 + Transport allowance + Minimum 1 month Variable Bonus + 10 days Annual leave + Commission
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Turnstile, auto-gates and barrier

Main Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Prepare quotation, submit tender and handle negotiations.
• Provide after sales follow-up on quality issue.
• Maintain and grow current contract base by capturing new customer and sustaining existing customer.
• Prepare and follow-up of contract quotation.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of contract execution.
• Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Min. qualification Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin to communicate and corespond in Chinese speaking customers complain regarding sales and service.
• Possess class 3 driving licence and have own transport will be added advantage
