Novahealth TCM Clinic is a professional Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic dedicated to holistic health and wellness. We provide high-quality treatments such as acupuncture, tuina, EMMA, BIXEPS and herbal prescriptions, and preventive care. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Receptionist with strong sales orientation to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Management
    Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.
    Handle appointment scheduling, patient registration, and enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
    Manage clinic’s reception area to ensure a pleasant and professional environment.
  • Sales & Patient Engagement
    Proactively promote TCM services, packages, and memberships to patients.
    Educate patients on available treatments and wellness programmes.
    Achieve monthly sales targets for memberships, packages, and products.
    Follow up with patients to encourage return visits and package renewals.
  • Administrative Support
    Manage patient records accurately and confidentially.
    Process billing, payments, and issue receipts.
    Provide administrative and operational support to clinic management as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent; diploma in business, healthcare, or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in reception, front desk, or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or spa environment.
  • Strong sales and communication skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with clinic management systems.
  • Able to work weekends and clinic operating hours (5-day work week, rostered off-days).
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients).
