Join MEOD Pte Ltd, a fast-growing urban farming and fresh produce company, dedicated to bringing premium, locally grown vegetables from our Kranji farm to restaurants, distributors, and markets across Singapore.
We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Executive who’s passionate about fresh produce, local food networks, and relationship-driven sales. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the F&B supply chain, wet market, or FMCG fresh produce sector — who enjoys being out in the field, meeting customers, and driving business growth.

- 5.5 days’ work week (alternate Saturdays on a shift basis - Half Day)
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do
1. Drive B2B Sales Growth
- Engage distributors, wholesalers, hotels, restaurants, and F&B chains to expand MEOD’s market presence.
- Present our farm-fresh produce and sustainability value proposition to potential partners.
- Research and approach potential customers (B2B or wet market)
- Update CRM with customer data, notes, and follow-ups while following up on all leads within 48 hours
2. Strengthen Wet Market & Retail Networks
- Build strong relationships with wet market vendors, mom-and-pop grocers, and local retailers.
- Ensure consistent supply, good customer service, and repeat orders.
3. Manage Customer Relationships
- Respond to customer inquiries same day and conduct monthly check-ins with active customers
- Coordinate with operations to resolve delivery or quality issues quickly.
- Recommend new products and monitor account performance.
- Flag payment delays to management
4. Achieve Sales Targets
- Work with manager on monthly targets and pricing
- Prepare quotations, confirm orders, and track fulfilment
- Provide weekly updates on progress and forecasts proactively to meet targets
5. Stay Close to the Market
- Participate in farm tours and product training (quarterly and represent MEOD professionally at all meetings).
- Gather market insights, pricing trends, and competitor updates and feedback regularly to support business growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Secondary or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in fresh produce, F&B supply, hotels, restaurants or FMCG sales
- Industry Background: Familiar with local vegetable, food distribution, or wet market channels
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Languages: English (mandatory); multilingual ability is an advantage
- Work Style: Proactive, trustworthy, and enjoys working independently in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment
