Job description
Main Responsibilities
  • Attend to clients’ inquiries including walk-in, phone calls, messages, and email inquiries.
  • Arrange interviews with prospective employers
  • Follow-up services to both employers and foreign domestic helpers
  • Administrative work, Documentation and Processing of Paperwork
  • Coordinate & manage arrival process for candidates
  • Provide Counselling to domestic helper

Working Days: 3 days in shop, 3 days WFH (Working days and hours can be discuss)

Our shop is located in 87 Circuit Road #01-987

Kids are always welcome to stay in the shop if they can't attend school/childcare and you have to work.

Requirements
  • Bilingual ability to speak English and Chinese as well as Bahasa OR Burmese
  • Able to use computer: Email, pdf files, Microsoft Office Application (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • CEI Basic certification is a MUST
