Job summary

A dynamic FMCG company in Singapore is looking for a Sales Executive to develop and implement sales strategies in the alcoholic beverages industry. You will ensure targets are met and collaborate with marketing teams for promotional plans. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, strong sales knowledge, and the ability to build rapport. A vehicle ownership is preferred. This role offers a commission based on sales targets and additional incentives based on KPIs.

Position - Sales Executive (FMCG)

Responsibilities
  • Develop sales strategies, objectives and action plans to achieve distribution, display and sales objectives in alcoholic beverages industry
  • Ensure sales and distribution target and KPI are met
  • Plan and implement strategies for both volume and value growth within specific accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute trade marketing promotional plans
  • Identify new business prospects as well as service existing accounts.
  • Ensure healthy account receivable
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business or a related discipline
  • Prior relevant working experience in FMCG will be advantageous
  • Good sales knowledge with strong rapport building skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Positive mindset
  • Preferably own a vehicle (car)
  • Ability to search out business leads
  • Ability to work after regular office hours as and when required.
  • Possess knowledge in MS Word and Excel
