Sales Executive (FMCG)
Main Responsibilities:
- Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors regularly to generate sales
- Manage and grow key modern trade accounts (Supermarket/retail/F&B, etc...)
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with buyers and retail partners
- Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Fast response to market needs by monitoring and track competitors’ activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback
- Participate in promotional activities and involve in marketing events
- Ensure product visibility and availability in key outlets
- Work closely with internal operations/logistic teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Provide weekly & monthly sales reports to management
- Provide excellent after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and product developments
Who We’re Looking For:
- Min 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably with relevant experience
- Well-presented, professional, and business savvy.
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Love to meet people and must be always on the move with “Hunter” mindset
- Self-motivated, proactive with initiative and result-driven quality
- Immediate availability or short notice preferred
