A leading energy firm in Singapore is seeking a driven sales professional to identify new business opportunities and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have direct sales experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with the energy sector. This role offers a chance to grow and develop within a dynamic team.
Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the customer base of SMEs and corporations, driving sales growth and increasing volume.
Client Relationship Management: Facilitate onboarding and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SMEs and corporations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and customer loyalty.
Product Knowledge: Acquire a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their value to SMEs and corporations.
Networking: Participate in industry events and networking activities to establish and maintain a strong professional network.
Technical Proficiency: Leverage CRM systems and other software tools to manage client relationships, track sales performance, and generate detailed reports.
Qualifications: A levels and Diploma holders
Direct Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in direct sales or related fields, with a preference for energy sector expertise.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships with SMEs, corporations, and lead generation sources.
Problem-Solving Skills: Effectively address and resolve business customer concerns with timely and practical solutions.
Industry Experience: Familiarity with the energy industry and experience working with business customers and renewable energy solutions.
