Job description

Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and nurture business relationships to meet sales, market share, and profitability goals.

Formulate, implement, and execute business strategies that align with organizational objectives.

Prepare periodic business performance reports, including sales and inventory assessments.

Manage dealer inventory through effective sell-out initiatives.

Collaborate with customers and retail outlets to strengthen dealer relationships.

Oversee customers’ Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Convey monthly sales targets to individual promoters.

Support promoters with their leave applications and update the HR team accordingly.

Assist the sales team in generating monthly performance reports.

Perform any ad‑hoc tasks associated with business operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Familiarity with channel sales would be advantageous.

Experience in consumer products is a plus.

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables).

Knowledge of Business Accounting and P&L is beneficial.

Strong analytical skills, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
