Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle sales inquiries from online platforms, phone calls, emails, messages, and referrals.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations for products and services.
• Generate and follow up on quotations, ensuring prompt and effective communication with clients.
• Work closely with relevant branches to facilitate customer viewings, move‑ins, and other logistical arrangements.
• Ensure that the customer database is kept accurate and up‑to‑date at all times.

Job Requirements:

• At least O Levels or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
