Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company specializing in small electric motors and motion control systems, seeks a Sales Executive (Domestic Market) professional to develop and manage activities in Singapore and with overseas clients when needed.

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Responsibilities
  • Develop a strategic approach tailored to target customers, identifying their needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term engagement.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, monitor the business environment, assess sales performance, and gather competitor insights.
  • Enhance product and brand awareness to strengthen market presence.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and implement solution-based selling strategies.
  • Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
What you will receive
  • Variable Bonus (depending on the company and individual performance)
  • Annual leave: 12 days (prorated for the first year, additional 1 day after 3 years, and up to 20 days)
  • Medical leave: 14 days
  • Transportation Allowance: Reimbursement basis from home to office and vice versa
  • Medical Allowance: Up to S$70/time
  • Car Allowance: S$500 with petrol card (Candidates with personal car only, otherwise, will be using MRT/Bus)

Must
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing
  • At least 5 years of sales experience from Factory Automation, Engineering or similar industry
  • Motivated individuals with strong initiative toward problem-solving
  • Strong drive to achieve business objectives & to develop the domestic market
  • Excellent communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking customers
Advantageous
  • Possess Class 3 or 3A car license or personal car preferred for sales activity in Singapore
  • Experience working in a Japanese company
  • The ability to join within short notice would be advantageous!
