A leading HR management firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive for the Cooking Automation Business Unit. The role involves achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, and collaborating across teams. Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of sales experience in related industries and a diploma or degree. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. Achieve the annual sales target set for the Cooking Automation Business Unit.
Develop and expand the sales opportunity pipeline with a focus on Singapore’s food and beverage (F&B), hospitality, restaurant, hotel, and catering service sectors.
Grow the network of potential customers and partners by leveraging personal connections, implementing marketing initiatives, and conducting cold calls.
Deliver customer presentations, prepare quotations, and manage deal closures.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive marketing and promotional activities, coordinate logistics, and ensure effective customer service.
Possess a diploma or degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years' sales experience in related industries or have established customer connections.
Stay vigilant to market trends and competitor movements.
Demonstrate strong communication and sales negotiation skills.
Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within the target market.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
Providing expert product knowledge and guidance to customers to help them find the right solutions.
Preparing detailed sales proposals and negotiating contracts to secure new business.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Providing excellent customer service and post-sales support.
