Overview

Our client, a well‑known company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Executive.

Job summary:
This role is responsible for customer‑facing sales activities focused on consumer electronics and IT peripherals in the Singapore market.
The Sales Executive will support the Senior Sales Manager in expanding retail and distribution channels, providing proposals, handling store visits, and ensuring post‑sales support to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales visits and regular meetings with retail stores, distributors.
  • Provide in‑store support, shelf planning, and promotional coordination.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide after‑sales service.
  • Aggregate and monitor sell‑in/sell‑out data (e.g., POS or delivery records).
  • Analyze sales trends and assess effectiveness of sales promotions.
  • Propose and execute next actions based on insights (applying PDCA approach).
  • Report weekly/monthly activities to the Senior Sales Manager.
  • Collect and share market insights, competitor activities, and consumer trends.
Requirements
