Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve business objectives in revenue, market share, and profitability.
- Plan and execute effective business and sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Monitor sales performance and inventory levels through regular reporting and analysis.
- Manage dealer accounts and ensure optimal stock movement through sell-out initiatives.
- Lead and support promoters in achieving sales targets, deployment plans, and performance results.
- Strengthen relationships with key dealers, customers, and retail partners.
- Oversee customer accounts, including billing, collections, and payment follow-up.
- Coordinate promoters’ leave applications and related HR matters.
- Assist the sales team in preparing monthly business performance reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily business operations.
Job Requirements
- Candidate should possess a diploma or degree in related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions.
- Proven experience in channel or distribution sales.
- Strong grasp of business and financial principles.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Location: East region
