The Job

• Own product lifecycle management — define product strategy, roadmaps, and positioning to achieve global revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop business cases for new product–market opportunities, leading the product development process with R&D and NPI teams.
• Drive market intelligence — analyze technology trends, customer needs, competitors, and emerging packaging innovations.
• Lead pricing strategy through market research and value-based pricing models.
• Plan and execute annual budgets and strategic reviews aligned with global sales teams.
• Support global product launches, marketing communications, and technical events to strengthen market presence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, operations, and sales to ensure timely scale-up and delivery of new solutions.
