Job summary

A financial solutions firm in Singapore is seeking a Finance Specialist for the Construction sector. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring clients, providing tailored financial solutions like business loans. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background and experience in the construction industry. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills and knowledge of financial products. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of sales experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in dealing with clients in the Construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target and onboard clients in the Construction sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
  • Conduct needs analysis to match financial products to client needs.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Work closely with credit and risk teams for smooth loan processing.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation and KYC norms.
  • Build long-term client relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Track client lifecycle events for upselling opportunities.

Finance Specialist – Construction

You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring clients in the Construction industry, offering tailored financial solutions including unsecured and secured business loans. The ideal candidate has a strong B2B sales background and an understanding of industry-specific challenges and financing needs.

  • Location: Bukit Batok

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30AM to 6:00PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, target and onboard clients in the Construction sectors with business loan or equipment financing requirements.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals and site visits.
  • Conduct detailed needs analysis to match financial products to client needs.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities and achieving monthly loan disbursal targets.
  • Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all documentation, customer due diligence and KYC norms are followed as per regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Build long-term relationships with business owners or decision-makers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and lending norms.
  • Track client lifecycle events (e.g. new project, merger, expansion plans) for upselling opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
