Job Description
  • Manage sales activities for multi-brand / model commercial vehicles, including internal combustion, electric, and hybrid vehicles.
  • Source for new customers, service and manage existing assigned customers to achieve/exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Purchase all types of pre‑owned commercial vehicles for inventory replenishment.
  • Manage the selling process, including customer servicing, follow‑ups, and attending to sales queries, including walk‑in customers.
  • Manage customer accounts, including required documentation, vehicle‑related issues, outstanding payments, and other matters.
  • Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover.
  • Provide comprehensive information about pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates.
  • Develop professional knowledge in automotive sales regulations and safety and vehicle knowledge.
  • Prepare and compile weekly sales activities and reports for management.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
  • Prior experience in insurance, retail, real estate or automotive trade preferred.
  • A strong passion for the automotive/motoring industry.
  • Outspoken, strong communication skills, and good listening ears.
  • Presentable outlook, good phone mannerisms, willing to learn.
  • Able to function independently, and also able to work with other team members.
  • Valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory).
