Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new restaurant partners for OpenRice Singapore, with a focus on growing our network across various cuisines and dining styles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Conduct cold calls, meetings, and presentations to potential partners to promote OpenRice’s value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close deals to onboard new partners, ensuring all contractual agreements are met.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new restaurant partners onto the platform.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and dining preferences in Singapore to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment; experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with potential partners and maintain strong relationships.
  • Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the local F&B scene and a passion for food is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
