Key Responsibilities
- Drive venue bookings and contribute to overall revenue targets by identifying new marketing and promotional opportunities.
- Handle enquiries and respond promptly via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Arrange and conduct on-site viewings for prospective clients.
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from enquiry to event day.
- Develop and manage collaborations with relevant vendors to boost brand visibility.
- Maintain and update our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Coordinate with our social media agency for advertising and campaign needs.
- Gather client reviews and use feedback to enhance our brand image.
- Support coordination of event activities with clients and vendors to ensure flawless execution.
- Assist in managing the venue to ensure it is always presentable, functional, and ready for events.
- Administrative tasks as per assigned - monthly sales report generation
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Diploma/Degree, preferably in Events Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Driven, self-motivated, and has excellent presentation skills.
- Meticulous and able to multitask effectively with a positive learning attitude.
- Willing to work one weekend day as part of a 5-day work week.
