We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Catering Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the acquisition of new catering clients and the maintenance of strong relationships with existing accounts. While a background in catering is beneficial, it's not a strict requirement. What truly matters is a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
    Identify and prospect potential clients for catering services. Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our catering offerings.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team and management to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Event Planning and Customization
    Work closely with clients to understand their specific catering needs and preferences. Customize catering packages and menus to meet the unique requirements of each event. Coordinate and execute events.
  • Networking and Marketing
    Attend events to network with clients. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our catering services. Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
  • Contract Negotiation and Documentation
    Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clear and agreed upon. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all catering agreements and contracts.
  • Collaboration with Operations Team
    Liaise with the catering operations team to ensure seamless execution of events. Provide clear event details and preferences to ensure client expectations are met.
