Responsibilities

• Promote detailing services (polishing, coating, interior cleaning, etc.) to walk-in and online customers.


• Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, or in person, providing accurate quotations and service recommendations.


• Follow up on leads and existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals.


• Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with detailing team to ensure smooth operations.


• Maintain sales records and prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.


• Upsell additional services or packages (e.g. ceramic coating, waxing, grooming).


• Build relationships with corporate clients (e.g. car dealers, leasing companies, workshops) to increase bulk sales.


• Support marketing activities such as social media promotions, customer reviews,andevents.
