Location: Bartley (Joo Seng Rd)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: $3,500 – $4,500
  • Transport Allowance: $1,000/month
  • Mobile Allowance: $100/month
  • Quarterly Commission & Variable Bonus (VB)
About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Sales Executive – Automation & System Control to join our team and support growth in building automation and system control solutions.You will be responsible for promoting our automation products and services, managing existing clients, and developing new business opportunities within the relevant industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities in automation/system control solutions.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers — ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction.
  • Present product offerings, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate to secure orders.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of automation systems.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow up on client feedback.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in system control (automation) sales, or relevant customer-facing role in automation/system control projects.
  • Must own a vehicle (for client visits and project site calls).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Pleasant, professional appearance, and ability to travel to clients/sites as needed.
