Position will transition from an Inside sales Support role to an Outdoor Sales role.

Responsibilities

Phase 1: Sales Operations and Support

Support & Coordination: Be the central coordinator for the sales team, handling scheduling, preparing documents, and managing communications across logistics, customer service, and product teams for efficient order fulfillment.

Customer Care: Handle client interactions (phone/email), maintain strong relationships, and resolve minor issues by coordinating after-sales support.

System & Data: Accurately process inquiries/orders in internal systems, manage sales resources (materials/samples), and contribute to process improvement by maintaining accurate sales activity records.

Phase 2: Transition to Field Sales

Independent Sales: Progress to managing your own client list, conducting in-person meetings, and independently presenting solutions and closing deals within your assigned territory.

Business Development: Actively generate new leads through field activities, referrals, and on-site demonstrations, acting as the company's official representative at client locations and events.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in business management, shipping or relevant field.

1-2 years of working experience in sales functions will be an added advantage.
