A crane rental service company in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage customer relationships and oversee crane rental services. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, conducting site surveys, preparing lifting plans, and coordinating with various departments. Responsibilities

• Offer crane rental service to customers.
• Service customer base including liaising with customers, site survey, preparation of lifting plan, submission of documents.
• Seek out prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Develop and acquire new customers from our target market over telephone, email and outdoor visiting.
• Follow up on customer POs or customers' knowledge on our quotation.
• Issue Job Instruction and coordinate with Operation department for deployment of equipment and manpower.
• Attend to customers' queries, carry out site survey and other necessary tasks for job completion.
• Coordinate with Finance department regarding collection issues.
• Build and establish good customer relationships.
• Other duties as assigned by Superior.
