Requirements for this role
  • Availability: Monday to Saturday, 6‑day work week (Mon‑Sat, morning/afternoon/evening)
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required.
  • Work pass will be provided.
  • This role is an urgent hire.
Salary

Up to $4,000 Basic + Monthly Commission

Strong basic salary with an uncapped monthly commission structure based on B2C sales.

Location

WCEGA Plaza, the heart of Singapore’s automotive trade in the West.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell car care, detailing, grooming, and maintenance packages to walk‑in and call‑in customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packages or add‑on services.
  • Handle inquiries through calls, messages and online platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook, or company website).
  • Prepare quotations, invoices and assist with service bookings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regular customers and corporate clients.
  • Provide excellent after‑sales support and follow up on customer feedback.
  • Keep updated on new promotions, pricing, and services offered.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows or promotional events when required.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales or customer service; experience within the automotive industry is a significant advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to explain technical services in a way that resonates with car owners.
  • Highly sales‑driven, confident and able to work independently to close deals.
  • Basic knowledge of car grooming, coating, or general maintenance is preferred (training will be provided).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools (WhatsApp Business, social media platforms).
  • Willingness to work a 6‑day work week (Monday to Saturday).
Other Information
  • Location: Bukit Batok.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
  • Primarily B2C (Business‑to‑Consumer).
  • Opportunity to grow into a Senior Sales or Sales Management role as the outlet expands.
