Chief APAC is expanding to the APAC region and we're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team for sale of lubricants and fuel additives as part of our company's expansion for the APAC region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing
  • Proactively prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, cold-knocking and other sales activities
  • Meeting with new/existing customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our product and service offered through sales presentations to a range of prospective clients (Workshops/Retail Spaces)
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any post-sales inquiries or concerns
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
  • Ensuring monthly sales target are achieved and developing weekly sales progress report
  • Work closely with the internal team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Ensure prompt payment from customers
  • Attend to ad-hoc projects when assigned by the Management
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong time management skills so as to meet datelines and targets effectively and efficiently
  • A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the local automotive market and industry trends is desirable
  • Preferably to own a driving license
