Job description

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers
• To generate new leads to drive sales and revenue.
• To have define, implement and execute the commercial operation and sales strategy.
• Responsible for pre and post sales activities, tenders and negotiation
• Provide monthly sales forecasts, assist with timely delivery and account receivable collection
• To establish, maintain and expand new customers base and service the needs of existing and future customers.
• Initiate and promote new opportunities, provide professional tools, support and feedback, all in the effort to increase sales and bring new business.
• To provide qualified technical support to customers’ request for quotation, preparation, presentation and negotiation in line with the Company’s directives.
• Prospect new clients by cold calling, meeting, submission of quotes and close deals.
• To resolve all issue raised internally and externally around collection of outstanding account.

Requirements

• Able to work under pressure, long/flexible hours as and when required
• Good negotiation and communication skills (Both oral and written)
• Positive attitude with effective presentation skills
• Computer literate (MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint at least)
• Initiative, resourceful, self-motivated and team player
• Possess own vehicle is advantage (Transport Allowance)
