Job description

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is driven, disciplined, and confident in developing new business from the ground up. This role is not account management; it’s a hunting role that requires persistence, technical understanding, and strong communication skills.

Cold calling, client visits, and follow-ups are core parts of this job. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals in industrial automation.

  • Actively generate new leads through cold calls, emails, site visits, and networking.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities across manufacturing and industrial sectors.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable PLC, HMI, drive, and control solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and follow through to deal closure.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechatronics / Engineering / Business Admin (or similar).
  • Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in industrial automation or technical B2B products.
  • Proven ability in cold calling and new business development (not account farming).
  • Good understanding of PLCs, drives, SCADA, sensors, and industrial systems.
  • Confident communicator, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
