Job summary

A travel agency in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to promote and sell travel packages. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking itineraries, provide exceptional customer service, and achieve sales targets. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of retail sales experience, preferably in travel.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell travel packages, including accommodations, flights and tours.
• Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the booking process.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of travel products, services and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and travel partners.
• Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the travel planning process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Tourism or a related field.
• Must have atleast 3 years retail sales experience in fashion with good sales skills and sales service attitude in travel history.
• Strong knowledge of travel products and services.
• Able to communicate effectively with English, Hindi, Tamil speaking clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High of organizational and time management skills.
• Customer-focused and results-driven.
