We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Pacwest Singapore Pte Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding our customer base in the West Region. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into closed deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive sales solutions
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Continuously stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales initiatives and campaigns
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in seafood sector. raw and value added
  • Proven track record of successfully prospecting, acquiring, and retaining customers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships
  • Need to be experienced in the current seafood market.
