As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented key Account Executive to join our team and help us drive growth with our key clients.

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with SymphonyAI Financial Services most significant clients, as well as driving new business with the goal of acquiring net new logos. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of our solutions, the ability to identify client needs, and the capability to drive business growth through effective new business sales and account management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :
  • Sales Execution : Drive the sales process from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing. Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key clients. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client accounts.
  • Account Strategy : Create and implement GTM strategy and account plans to achieve revenue and business development goals, as well as client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling SymphonyAI solutions.
  • Client Needs Analysis : Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and pain points. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address specific client requirements.
  • Accurate Recording : Own all sales opportunities for the entire sales lifecycle and be accountable for the accuracy of sales data and forecast.
  • Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of SymphonyAI Financial Services’ product offerings and value proposition. Articulate the benefits and differentiate our solutions in the marketplace.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams including Pre‑Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure client needs are met and to provide feedback for product improvements.
  • Reporting and Analysis : Monitor and report on account performance, sales metrics, and client feedback. Use insights to inform strategies and improve account management practices.
  • Client Advocacy : Advocate for the client’s needs within SymphonyAI and ensure their expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Qualifications :
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience : Extensive experience in account management, sales, or business development within the technology and / or financial services industry. Experience with AI, AML, or compliance solutions is highly desirable.
  • Skills : Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior executives and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel : Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
