Responsibilities
- Handle awning sales enquiries and provide professional advice to customers.
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers until job confirmation.
- Conduct site visits to take measurements and assess site conditions.
- Liaise with the site supervisor on pre-installation requirements.
- Complete all necessary sales and project-related documentation.
- Monitor job progress from confirmation to completion.
- Maintain after-sales service and build strong customer relationships.
- Meet the monthly sales targets as set by the company.
- Participate in marketing activities such as distributing brochures and flyers.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
