We are expanding rapidly across ASEAN and seeking passionate multiple Sales Executives to join our dynamic team.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and closing merchants and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
  • Work closely with the operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth implementation of payment solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to Debia’s growth and market expansion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to sharpen sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in payments, fintech, or financial services).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
