Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in commercial cleaning.
  • Source and monitor opportunities from procurement platforms such as GeBIZ, TenderBoard, Ariba, and other vendor portals.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents in compliance with requirements.
  • Generate leads through industry events, networking, referrals, and direct outreach (including cold-calling).

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
  • Track and analyze tender submissions to improve win/loss performance.
  • Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, performance, and marketing activities.
  • Recommend strategies to strengthen sales effectiveness and client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries, proposals, and customer feedback.
  • Negotiate terms, close contracts, and coordinate smooth handover to operations for service onboarding.
