We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience while contributing to the overall performance of the store.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
Store Operations & Merchandising
- Ensure products are well displayed, properly tagged, and stocked at all times.
- Assist with store layout, promotions, and visual merchandising to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Market Knowledge & Reporting
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and competitor activities.
- Collect and provide feedback on customer preferences and sales trends.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
- Support stock-taking, deliveries, and loss prevention measures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
- Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum GCE “O”/“N” Levels, Diploma, or equivalent.
