We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Software Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our innovative software products and solutions to prospective clients, nurturing long‑term relationships, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand customer needs and effectively position our software as the ideal solution.
Job descriptionsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, networking, and social selling).
Build and maintain a sales pipeline through lead generation, qualification, and prospecting efforts.
Conduct cold calls, demos, and product presentations to potential customers.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and pain points.
Work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and present the appropriate software solutions.
Negotiate pricing and terms with potential clients to close deals.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Track sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM software (Hubspot)
Provide accurate sales reporting and performance analysis. (in hubspot there is analysis reporting)
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s software products, features, and benefits.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to position the software effectively.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials.
Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth post‑sales onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
Provide feedback on customer needs to assist with product development and improvement.
Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Regularly meet with prospective clients to gather insights into market needs and share those insights with the product development teams.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
Maintain an accurate database of client information, communications, and sales activities.
Diploma/Degree in Business or Marketing or IT.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical aspects of software solutions and effectively explain them to non‑technical customers.
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
Entry level candidate with strong motivation and good attitudes may be considered.
Personnels who have prior project experience in implementing their company's HR systems and are looking at switching careers to sales are welcome to apply.
Compensation: Base salary + commission structure, based on sales performance.
