Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive who enjoys being out in the field, meeting new people, and building strong customer relationships. If you're passionate about sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Compensation Package:
- Basic Salary: $2,500/month
- Commission: Attractive, performance-based
- Incentives: Monthly and quarterly rewards for top performers

Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the Company.
- Actively go out to meet potential customers and conduct cold calls to expand the client base.
- Establish rapport with prospects and arrange in-person or virtual meetings.
- Prepare and present customized quotes and proposals.
- Manage tenders and contracts, including new submissions and renewals.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding company offerings.
- Troubleshoot product/service issues and provide ongoing technical support.
- Handle complaints and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by Management or HOD.
Requirements:
- Experience in field sales or business development preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in face-to-face customer engagement.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with tender and contract processes is a plus.
