Job Title: Sales Executive – Community App & Hardware Solutions
Company Overview: We are a fast-growing technology company offering a community super app and smart hardware solutions for condominiums and residential communities. Our platform integrates facility booking, payments, visitor management, intercom, Bluetooth/QR access, and a marketplace to create smarter and safer living.
Position Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of our community app subscriptions and integrated hardware solutions. You will engage with MCSTs, property developers, managing agents, and condo committees to deliver solutions that enhance modern community living.
Key Responsibilities
- Renew and follow up on maintenance contracts with MCSTs after warranty.
- Promote app features and new hardware solutions to clients.
- Sell app subscriptions and hardware integration packages.
- Build strong relationships with MCSTs, developers, and managing agents.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and site walkthroughs.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to explain solutions to clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for both software and hardware.
- Manage sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Education & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ sales experience in SaaS, PropTech, Smart Community, or IT hardware/software.
- Experience with MCSTs, developers, or property managers is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of apps, SaaS, and basic IT concepts.
- Knowledge of SIP intercoms, access control, or IoT is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to simplify technical solutions for non-technical clients.
- Skilled in proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Employment Terms
- Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (flexibility for client meetings)
- Location: Singapore (office + frequent site visits)
- Probation: 3–6 months
- Remuneration: Competitive base + commission
