Job summary

A logistics solutions company based in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to promote and sell logistics products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating customer leads through various means, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires close collaboration with the management team, customer service, and operations to ensure optimal client satisfaction and market insights.

Responsibilities

• Direct reports to the management.
• Present, promote and sell logistics products/services to prospective customers.
• Achieve agreed upon quarterly sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Generate and reach out to customer leads through cold calling, door knocking, digital marketing.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Analyse market’s potential, trends, track sales and status report.
• Work closely with Customer Service and Operations.
