Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: Basic pay of SGD 2,800.00 up to SGD 3,000.00 per month, plus commissions, plus KPI incentive and transport allowance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market and sell Ready-Mixed Concrete to contractors, developers, and project owners.
  • Reconnect with past clients and attract new ones to grow the customer base.
  • Foster lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts within company guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
  • Construction industry experience is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with proven sales success.
  • Own car preferred; transport allowance available.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
