SALES EXECUTIVE

S$3,200 - S$3,800 per month

Proficient in executing sales strategies by identifying key products and converting them into successful sales orders, while fostering collaboration across teams to enhance brand visibility and drive market growth. Demonstrates strong market intelligence and a competitive edge, consistently exceeding business objectives. Skilled in cultivating and maintaining lasting client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction to support the company's overall growth and success.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Delivering expert technical consultative services and generating detailed specification documents for Architects, Façade Consultants, and Contractors
  • Collecting and analysing feedback from customers and prospects, sharing insights with internal teams to refine and optimize sales strategies
  • Proactively seeking new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms

Requirements

  • GCE “A” Level, Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or other relevant professional qualifications
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive
  • Prior experience in the building industry is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
