Junior Sales Executive (Events)
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads, particularly within the events industry
- Conduct effective sales demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements
- Prepare and deliver competitive proposals and quotations
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and progress
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our existing client base
Job Requirements
- Preferably with 1-2 years of sales experience in the events or environmental industries
- ITE graduates or GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent also welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with sales process, customer relationship management, and proposal writing
- Driven, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented with a keen eye for detail
- Adaptable and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Working location at Tuas, transport pick‑up location at Pioneer MRT
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- A good working attitude with initiative and a team player
