Job Responsibilities
- Promote smart POS systems and related software/hardware solutions to F&B and bakery businesses.
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs, highlighting features like order management, inventory tracking, and integrated payment solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals, coordinating installation and delivery.
- Gather customer feedback and work with the technical team to refine products and services.
- Regularly review sales performance metrics to achieve monthly/quarterly team targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience. Prior experience selling POS systems, software, or equipment to the F&B industry is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with bakery industry is preferred, enabling you to identify specific POS pain points.
- Strong learning and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly master technical product details.
- Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment with performance-based incentives.
- Proficient in English (and Mandarin as an advantage) for effective communication, with a good technical aptitude.
