  • CRM Data Entry: Maintain updated records of leads, deals, and customer details in CRM.
  • Documentation Support: File proposals, quotations, and contracts for audit readiness.
  • Internal Coordination: Liaise with operations/admin teams to check availability, timelines, and ensure smooth handover post-deal closure.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Higher NITEC / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (Electrical, Mechanical).
  • Experience: 0–2 years of sales support, customer service, or tele sales experience.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic knowledge of sales processes (prospecting, quotations).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
