Job summary

A leading food and nutrition school in Singapore is looking for a client support specialist to enhance customer experience. You will identify client needs, build relationships, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales or client support experience and be skilled at managing multiple customer interactions. This role is from Wednesday to Sunday, 12pm to 8pm.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in client support or sales.
  • Track record of achieving KPIs.
  • Ability to adapt to different customer types.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts.
  • Follow up with sales leads and exceed KPI.
  • Manage incoming enquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Handle client complaints and ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts.

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Follow up with sales leads and exceed KPI
  • Manage incoming enquiries via internal system
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Education & Certification

  • Degree, Higher Diploma/Diploma in Business related discipline

Requirements

  • Proven client support or sales experience with minimum 1 year experience
  • Track record of achieving KPI
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt / response to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Required to work from Wed to Sun (12pm-8pm)
