Responsibilities
Phase 1: Sales Operations and Support
- Support & Coordination: Be the central coordinator for the sales team, handling scheduling, preparing documents, and managing communications across logistics, customer service, and product teams for efficient order fulfillment.
 
- Customer Care: Handle client interactions (phone/email), maintain strong relationships, and resolve minor issues by coordinating after‑sales support.
 
- System & Data: Accurately process inquiries/orders in internal systems, manage sales resources (materials/samples), and contribute to process improvement by maintaining accurate sales activity records.
 
Phase 2: Transition to Field Sales
- Independent Sales: Progress to managing your own client list, conducting in‑person meetings, and independently presenting solutions and closing deals within your assigned territory.
 
- Business Development: Actively generate new leads through field activities, referrals, and on‑site demonstrations, acting as the company's official representative at client locations and events.

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in business management, shipping or relevant field
 
- 1‑2 years of working experience in sales functions will be an added advantage
