As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers in the International Business Park West Region. This is a full‑time position with opportunities for career advancement within the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

Actively prospect for new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to win new clients

Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships through excellent account management

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales avenues

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with market developments

What we’re looking for

Degree level qualification in Biology / Chemistry related discipline or both.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the speciality chemicals or related industry

Background in Science or Chemical industry within manufacturing/ food/ lubricant/ semiconductor (polymer-based)/ trading business.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities to identify customer needs and provide solutions

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
