Job summary

A leading office furniture company in Singapore is seeking a proactive Account Manager. Responsibilities include seeking new clients, managing existing accounts, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates are results-driven with interpersonal skills and preferably have contacts in the architecture or design fields.

Qualifications

  • Possess good interpersonal skills and willing to learn.
  • Results driven and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Existing contacts with architects or interior designers, or experience in office furniture / corporate interior design a plus point.
  • Computer literacy skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new clients.
  • Increase awareness among target clients including architects and designers.
  • Manage and cater to existing client accounts.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Maintain customer relationships and evaluate their interactions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Follow-up on assigned leads or opportunities.

  • Actively seek out new clients

  • Increasing awareness among your target clients involves recognizing and understanding the primary stakeholders, including Architects and Designers and Builders

  • Effectively manage and cater to both new and existing client accounts, ensuring attentive service and proactive engagement to meet their changing needs and preferences.

  • Prepare quotations, response to tender requests, written proposals and undertake product presentation

  • Maintain customer relationships and consistently evaluate their interactions with us.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Closely follow-up on any leads or opportunities assigned from time to time

Requirements
