Sales Executive (Up to $5,500 | Mandai Connection | Aluminium Wooden Door Industry)

📍 Location: Mandai Connection
đź•’ Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Saturday: 8.30am – 12.30pm
    đź’Ľ Duration: Permanent
    💰 Salary: Basic up to $3,400 + Average Commission $600–$2,000/month (Commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert inquiries (calls, walk-ins, and online leads) into sales by understanding client needs, preparing proposals, and building strong client relationships.
  • Oversee projects from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Plan and coordinate effectively with vendors, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks, handle scope changes, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Guide junior staff and collaborate closely with internal and external partners to achieve project milestones.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or sales coordination experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and improve.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
